As a standard IADC127 steel tooth bit with journal sealed bearing and gauge protection, this product is professionally optimized for high-drillability soft formations. It effectively solves typical soft formation drilling pain points including slow drilling footage, hole collapse and fast bit wear, ideal for low-strength complex geological working conditions.
It adapts to formation compressive strength of 0-35 MPA (0-5,000 PSI), covering poorly compacted clays, sandstones, marl limestones, salt beds, gypsum layers and hard coal seams. Widely applicable to oil & gas wells, water wells, geological exploration and geothermal drilling, it boasts strong universal applicability.
Adopting optimized steel tooth rock-breaking structure and high-performance sealed journal bearing system with gauge protection, the bit features excellent wear resistance and structural stability.
