Milled tooth tricone bit IADC127 is for very soft formation. Choose the proper rocks drilling bits is very important before starting project.

IADC217 is small and dense teeth, high grade HNBR O-ring sealed bearing and lubricated by grease compensating system.
Advantage of steel tooth tricone bit
1>Higher penetration rate. The longer teeth has faster drilling down speed.
2>Anti-balling. The sticky rocks always make bit-balling, steel tooth tricone bit is suitable for drilling soft formations and sticky rocks.
3>IADC127 has tungsten carbide inserts on gauge of cones, this feature is well to avoid diameter-shrinkage.
