Medium formation TCI tricone bit IADC537
The IADC537 tricione bit will be used for soft to medium formations with low compresseive strength,like medium,soft shake, medium soft limestone,medium soft sandstone,medium formation with harder and abrasive interbeds.
6″ Tricone Bits is a regular diameter for HDD pilot hole, this model has 3 lateral jet nozzles, the hydraulic performance is better than central jet hole in clearing rock chips especially in drilling sticky rocks. The tricone bits have TCI and steel tooth according to the cutting material.
Density and height of quality TCI are optimized designed to reach the best ROP ( Rate of Penetration ), the bearing is sealed by Elastomer O-ring, and arms are armored by TC inserts.
The API standard thread connection for 6 inches (152.4mm) tricone bit is 3 1/2 reg pin. We also can make the siutable thread connection as per client’s requirements.
