Features
The M1663 is a matrix body PDC bit with 6 curved blades with back-reaming and spiral gauge protection. Optimized Hydraulic designand enhanced cleaning and cooling effects of the bits to prevent bit from balling.
PDC cutters sizes, blades quantities, double rows or single rows, Vibrating teeth, Nozzles sizes and quantities, Junk Slot Area, Flow rate, WOB, RPM, Heat treatment and quality grade of PDC cutters, those parameters are all important for PDC drill bits.

Regular sizes of PDC cutters are 8mm, 13mm, 16mm, 19mm.
Regular blades quantities of PDC bits range from 3 to 9.
The smaller PDC cutters the harder rocks it can drill, the more blades quantity the harder it can drill. But penetration rate will be slower down after adopting smaller cutters and more blades, so choosing the best configuration of PDC bits is very important before starting projects.
