Product Description
Traditional HDD rock reamers adopts Thirds ( 1/3 ) of Tri-cone Bits to be rock drilling cutters, factories weld legs of Tricone Thirds on body of hole openers.
The Tri-cone Thirds can not be replaced easily after worn out, so drillers have to buy rock reamers to continue projects. Sometimes, used rock reamers are taken to workshop, welding new Tricone Thirds after cut old ones, this cutting&welding procedures always damage the body of rock reamers.
The replaceable block Leg roller cone bits are combined with holder, a pair of fixed pins. The holders are welding on body, the legs are fixed by pins and also welded into holder. After roller cone bits worn out, drillers or workshop could remove old legs from holders easily without damage body of rock reamer.
This replaceable block leg roller cone bits are designed and produced in our factory, we are pleased to be customized (OEM) for horizontal directional drilling tools distributors or factories.
