Product Description
Designed for Bauer heavy duty rotary drilling rig initially, now the 142mm foundation usage roller cutters are famous in South-East Asian foundation rock piling sites.
Both Replaceable type of roller cutter and direct-welding type of roller cutter are available.
Both IADC537G and IADC637G are available for teeth(inserts) shapes.
Both vertical bolts and horizontal split pin types of holders are available.
Advantage:
1> 142mm Diameter cones are higher than traditional thirds(1/3) of 8 1/2″ tricone bits, but height of cones is lower, this design makes diameter of rock drilling ring smaller which means less rocks need to be broke, so the drilling down speed is much faster.
2>Bigger diameter cones has enough space to fit more and bigger tungsten carbide inserts to extend working life.
