IADC537 drill bits

Bit Description:
IADC: 537 – TCI journal sealed bearing bit with gauge protection for soft to medium soft formations with low compressive strength .
Compressive Strength:
85 – 100 MPA
12,000 – 14,500 PSI
Ground Description:
Medium hard and abrasive rocks such as sandstones with streaks of quartz, hard limestone or chert, hematite ores, hard, well-compacted abrasive rock such as: sandstones with quartz binder, dolomites, quartzite shales, magma and metamorphic coarse grained rocks.
We can offer TCI bits in avariety of sizes (from 3 3/8″ to 26″) and all most of IADC codes.

4 5/8 inches (118mm) reverse circulation TCI tricone drill bit with central jet hole.
1> Reverse Circulation is a special drilling process, the mud fluid is sucked from hole bottom to ground through central hole, rock chipes could be clear at higher rate than regular circulation.
2>This design of tricone bits has a central jet hole , rock chips could be circulated to ground inside drill pipe.
3>Reverse circulation is always used in drilling pebbles or sparse rocks, the ROP is higher than normal circulation.
4>The tricone rock bit with central hole could be used in both reverse circulation and normal circulation.
