One piece of Tricone Bit is building by 3 pieces of cone bit segments, cone diameter 225mm is used for building big diameter hole openers, as big diameter roller cones could afford very heavy load and pulling strength.

In hard rock trenchless, drillers could ream at least 10″ per step by big capacity trencher.

Operating Parameters

The Cone-OD 225mm tricone bit segment is designed for Medium-Hard formations, such as medium shale, limestone, medium sandstone, medium formations with harder and abrasive interbeds, etc.
