Product Description
Tungsten carbide inserts are full fitting on surface of roller cones, it is different from traditional Single cone roller bit that inserts are groove-inserts-groove design.The roller bits are combined with two parts, arm and cone, from appearance the arm is holding cone in hand.
Steel material of arm and cone is important for the quality, we use 15MnNi4Mo steel for cone, and we use 15CrNiMo steel for arm, it is standard steel material for oil well drilling tricone bit.
Among cone-diameter 133mm roller cone bit in Far Eastern, this model is almost the best quality and performance, we have many regular customers from China domestic and South-East Asia, many deep piling holes are requested in foundation projects for tall building and railway construction.

1)Cutting Structure
The reamer mainly consists of four or more cones. Cutting Structure with premium tungsten carbide hardfacing or premium tungsten carbide insert of formulas and new techniques is utilized, and increases wear-resistance capability of reamer. The pilot is three cone bit( tricone bit ).
2)Seal and Lubrication
High performance O-ring for bearing seal and advanced grease for lubrication.
3)Product Application
It is suitable for the large size well, mining and infrastructure applications.
